Qualifications & Experience
- 0 to 5 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and documentation
- Experience in handling invoices, billing, or financial records is an added advantage
- Familiarity with GST, bookkeeping, or ERP systems will be beneficial
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial documentation
- Manage purchase, sales, and expense entries accurately
- Assist in GST filing, invoicing, and reconciliation activities
- Maintain financial records and update accounting systems
- Support finance and administrative functions within the company
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation and reporting
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting transactions
Required Skills
- Basic accounting and numerical skills
- Knowledge of GST and invoicing processes (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer literacy (MS Excel, accounting software preferred)
- Organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a team and handle deadlines
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking ability
