Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field
• 10+ years of overall professional experience in learning, training, content development, or instructional design
• Experience designing managerial, leadership, and behavioral development programs
• Strong expertise in instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE and SAM
• Experience developing instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning programs
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning sciences
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of learning solutions for leadership, managerial, and functional capability-building programs
• Create instructional strategies, curriculum structures, and learning journeys aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality learning content
• Design classroom, virtual, blended, and digital learning interventions
• Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, assessments, and learning resources
• Ensure learning programs follow established instructional design standards and best practices
• Manage multiple learning and content development projects simultaneously
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements
