Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field
- 10+ years of overall professional experience in learning, training, content development, or instructional design
- Experience designing managerial, leadership, and behavioral development programs
- Strong expertise in instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE and SAM
- Experience developing instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning programs
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning sciences
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of learning solutions for leadership, managerial, and functional capability-building programs
- Create instructional strategies, curriculum structures, and learning journeys aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality learning content
- Design classroom, virtual, blended, and digital learning interventions
- Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, assessments, and learning resources
- Ensure learning programs follow established instructional design standards and best practices
- Manage multiple learning and content development projects simultaneously
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements
- Support leadership development and organizational capability-building initiatives
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external learning partners
- Drive innovation in learning methodologies and digital learning experiences
- Maintain quality, consistency, and effectiveness across all learning solutions
