Qualifications & Experience

• 0 to 5 years of experience in laboratory or quality control environment
• Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or related field
• Fresh graduates with strong laboratory knowledge are encouraged to apply
• Experience in construction chemical or manufacturing industry is an added advantage
• Knowledge of testing standards and lab procedures preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control tests on raw materials and finished products
• Monitor product consistency and ensure compliance with specifications
• Maintain laboratory records, reports, and documentation
• Support product development and process improvement activities
• Perform chemical analysis and testing as per standard procedures
