Qualifications & Experience

• 0 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Background in chemical, mechanical, industrial, or production engineering is preferred
• Experience in factory operations or construction chemical industry is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality systems

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall factory operations and production planning
• Ensure productivity, quality control, safety, and cost efficiency
• Lead production teams and monitor daily operations
• Coordinate with procurement, quality assurance, and dispatch departments
• Improve plant performance and operational efficiency
• Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with standards
• Monitor workforce utilization and production output
