Qualifications & Experience

• SSLC (Pass) from a recognized Board
• Minimum 15 years of service in the Indian Armed Forces
• Must have served in the rank of JCO (Junior Commissioned Officer)
• Exemplary or Very Good service record
• Medical Category: AYE / SHAPE-I
• Registration with the District Sainik Welfare Board is mandatory
• Knowledge of Kannada (local language) is essential
• Fire training is desirable
• Candidates should possess discharge certificates and service records clearly indicating service details and post held

• Supervise day-to-day security operations across assigned locations
• Ensure safety and security of company personnel, assets, and infrastructure
• Monitor access control procedures and visitor management systems
• Lead and coordinate security personnel during routine and emergency situations
• Conduct security inspections, patrols, and surveillance activities
• Investigate security incidents and prepare reports
• Enforce organizational security policies and procedures
• Support fire safety, emergency response, and disaster management activities
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency agencies when required
• Maintain security records, logs, and documentation
• Train and guide security staff on operational procedures and safety practices

Selection Process

• Physical Endurance Test (PET)
• Written Test

Candidates qualifying in the Physical Endurance Test will be shortlisted for the Written Test. Both stages of selection will be conducted in Bengaluru.
