Qualifications & Experience

SSLC (Pass) from a recognized Board
Minimum 15 years of service in the Indian Armed Forces
Exemplary or Very Good service record
Medical Category: AYE and SHAPE-I
Registration with the District Sainik Welfare Board is mandatory
Knowledge of Hindi is essential
Fire training and possession of a valid driving licence are desirable
Candidates should possess relevant discharge certificates and service records clearly indicating service details and post held

Key Responsibilities

Ensure security of company premises, personnel, and assets
Monitor entry and exit points and enforce access control procedures
Conduct security patrols and surveillance activities
Maintain vigilance and prevent unauthorized access
Respond to security incidents and emergencies
Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when required
Maintain security records and incident reports
Enforce company security policies and procedures
Assist in fire safety and emergency preparedness activities
Support investigations related to security breaches and incidents
Ensure discipline and adherence to organizational security standards

Selection Process

Physical Endurance Test (PET)

Candidates qualifying in the Physical Endurance Test will be shortlisted for the Written Test. Both tests are expected to be conducted at Chandigarh/Panchkula.
