Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate from a recognized University or Institution with a good academic record
- Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management, Human Resource Management, MBA, PGDM, or equivalent management qualification is desirable
- Proven experience in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, Organizational Development, or related functions
- Experience leading large workforce management initiatives
- Strong understanding of labor laws, employee relations, and HR policies
- Demonstrated leadership experience in large organizations
Experience Requirements
Candidates should satisfy one of the following categories:
Category I
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, Industrial Relations, or Personnel functions during the last 10 years
Category II
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, Industrial Relations, or Personnel functions and 3 years as functional head of projects/plants with direct responsibility for a workforce of at least 1,000 employees during the last 10 years
Category III
- Minimum 5 years as functional head of projects/plants during the last 10 years with direct responsibility for at least 20% of the workforce
