Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant experience in automotive service operations, dealer management, or after-sales support
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, repair processes, and workshop operations
- Knowledge of customer satisfaction metrics and service quality standards
- Experience working with dealer networks and channel partners
- Ability to analyze service performance and implement improvement initiatives
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Key Responsibilities
- Implement company service standards and policies across assigned dealerships

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and customer experience
