Key Responsibilities

1. Business Performance Analysis

• Analyze revenue, subscriber base, ARPU, churn, and acquisition trends.

• Track prepaid, postpaid, broadband, and enterprise performance metrics.

• Identify gaps versus targets and recommend corrective actions.

2. Sales & Distribution Analytics

• Monitor distributor performance, productivity metrics, and coverage gaps.

• Evaluate channel efficiency and suggest optimization strategies.

• Support territory planning and incentive tracking.

3. Reporting & Dashboards

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports.

• Develop automated dashboards and MIS for leadership reviews.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems.

4. Forecasting & Planning

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan processes.

• Conduct trend analysis and predictive modeling for demand forecasting.

• Provide scenario analysis for new product launches or pricing changes.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Network, and Operations teams.

• Provide analytical insights for campaign effectiveness and ROI tracking.

• Support strategic initiatives and business transformation projects.

6. Market & Competitive Intelligence

• Track competitor performance, pricing strategies, and market share movements.

• Provide insights to strengthen competitive positioning in the Kerala market.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field

• MBA (Finance / Marketing / Strategy) preferred

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in Telecom / FMCG / Consulting / Analytics roles

• Experience in business performance tracking and MIS management

Technical Skills:

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint

• SQL / Power BI / Tableau (preferred)

• Strong data interpretation and presentation skills
