Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or human resources.
- Understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing methodologies, and candidate management.
- Knowledge of hiring trends, talent markets, and recruitment technologies.
- Experience working with recruitment vendors and external stakeholders is preferred.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring requirements across assigned business units.
- Manage sourcing activities through various recruitment channels and talent pipelines.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent Infosys in recruitment campaigns.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify hiring trends and competitive practices.
- Coordinate candidate assessments and selection processes.
- Act as a single point of contact for candidates from offer acceptance until onboarding.
- Collaborate with recruitment vendors to improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
- Maintain recruitment MIS reports and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.
- Monitor recruitment process compliance and participate in audits when required.
- Recommend process improvements and technology enhancements to optimize recruitment operations.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and recruitment partners.
