Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation and support projects.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Global Human Resources, Talent Management, Recruitment, Compensation, Learning, Absence Management, and Workforce Management.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Understanding of HR business processes, workforce planning, employee lifecycle management, and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion reporting tools, integrations, and security frameworks.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing consulting experience.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certifications will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions based on business requirements.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Design and optimize HR business processes using Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities.
• Configure Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, Compensation, Learning, and related modules.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support data migration, validation, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional consulting support.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and customizations.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
• Support cloud transformation and HR modernization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance standards, and project methodologies.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
