Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation and support projects.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Global Human Resources, Talent Management, Recruitment, Compensation, Learning, Absence Management, and Workforce Management.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Understanding of HR business processes, workforce planning, employee lifecycle management, and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion reporting tools, integrations, and security frameworks.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing consulting experience.
- Oracle Cloud HCM certifications will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions based on business requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Design and optimize HR business processes using Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities.
- Configure Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, Compensation, Learning, and related modules.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support data migration, validation, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional consulting support.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and customizations.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
- Support cloud transformation and HR modernization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance standards, and project methodologies.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
