Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science.
• Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI frameworks, and Agentic AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with Python and AI application development.
• Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and AI agent workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD pipelines, and AI model lifecycle management.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions.
• Define AI architecture roadmaps and technical strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build and oversee AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Drive innovation initiatives involving autonomous AI agents and intelligent workflow automation.
• Collaborate with business leaders, architects, data scientists, and engineering teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI engineering teams.
• Establish AI governance, security, scalability, and compliance standards.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
• Support proof-of-concepts, pilot implementations, and production deployments.
• Optimize AI model performance, reliability, latency, and operational efficiency.
